# Otavio R. Franca — Digital identity

Version 1 / October 20, 2026 / A working identity grounded in the project archive.

## Identity system

Display name: **Otavio R. Franca**
Monogram: **ORF**
Signature: **Ideas in motion.**
Descriptor: **Strategy, design and digital products.**
Website language: English. Existing project names retain their original language.

The name is the primary identity. ORF is the visual signature, not a separate company. Vektor Strategies, Te Conto Aí and other ventures appear as projects with their own brands; none is the parent brand of this portfolio.

## Positioning

I connect strategy, design and technology to turn ideas into brands, websites and working digital products.

Primary audience: founders and teams who need someone to connect the initial problem with a tangible digital experience. Secondary audience: collaborators interested in design, software and thoughtful AI-assisted production.

This is a positioning decision based on the portfolio, not a claim about an unverified job title, degree or employment history.

## What makes the work recognisable

1. Direction before production: a clear problem, audience and intent.
2. Design and implementation together: the experience must both communicate and work.
3. AI as part of a directed process: Codex, Claude and Kimi have defined tasks; their involvement is credited when documented.
4. Evidence with the story: show actual artifacts, source code when public, current status and limits.
5. Independent identities: each project has its own visual language; the personal brand provides a consistent frame.

## Public introductions

### One sentence
I connect strategy, design and technology to turn ideas into working digital experiences.

### Short bio
I’m Otavio R. Franca. I create brands, websites and digital products, connecting strategy with hands-on production. My portfolio brings together design, software and storytelling—with real deliverables and a clear account of each project’s stage.

### Longer bio
I’m Otavio R. Franca, an independent creator working across strategy, design and digital products. I’m interested in the point where an idea becomes something people can explore, use or understand.

My work spans editorial websites, brand systems, browser games and software tools. Projects such as Te Conto Aí, Vektor Strategies, Brasa Arcade and Reddit Intelligence show different parts of that practice.

I coordinate Codex, Claude and Kimi as part of the production process. The tools contribute to research, writing, implementation and review; direction and final decisions stay with me. I prefer to show the work, explain the choices and be clear about what is live, what is a prototype and what still needs validation.

Ideas in motion. Strategy, design and technology connected through work you can explore.

## Other channels

Suggested consistent display name: Otavio R. Franca.
Potential handle: `otaviorfranca`. This is a naming proposal; availability has not been checked or reserved.
Do not create multiple active channels before there is material worth maintaining. The portfolio, LinkedIn and GitHub form the initial connected identity.

## Editorial identity

Four recurring subjects:
- The decision behind the design: one problem, one choice, one visible example.
- From idea to working experience: a short demo of something real.
- Working with AI: roles, tradeoffs and lessons from actual production.
- The project notebook: what changed, what was tested and what comes next.

Write in the first person. Be specific, calm and curious. Prefer “I built”, “I tested” or “I’m exploring” only when each describes the real stage. Avoid manufactured authority, fake testimonials and unsupported numbers.

## Rollout checklist

Prepared here: name, ORF symbol, positioning, bios, visual system, avatar, LinkedIn cover, social cover, About page, portfolio links and brand kit.

Still external: updating the live LinkedIn/GitHub profiles, choosing the public domain, verifying handle availability, and publishing the portfolio. These changes have not been performed or implied by this document.

After each new delivery, update the portfolio through its registration workflow. After a meaningful positioning change, update the bios and visual applications together. This is a maintenance protocol, not a scheduled automation.
